Advanced Options in Cover Flow View

Am I missing something or is there no way to bring up the advanced file options while in Cover Flow? I.E. Metadata search etc.

Thanks

It defaults to the simple options in the current release. The next release will let you choose between Simple and Detailed.

I'm sorry if this is a basic question, but how do I use the cover flow for movies? I see all of the other options except for coverflow (single list, banner flow and grid flow).

Thank you!

Nevermind, I found it. It's not in the UI, you have to manually edit the menus.

... can you share what menu you edited to get cover flow (fan art) for All Movies?

THX!

From the landing zone hit options, then go to landing zone options. Then go to customize landing zone highlight videos hit right arrow twice. You will see a ton of views both hidden and show. All movies cover flow is a default I think hidden by default

No problem!

All Phoenix settings, views, etc can be modified from bmt also. U don't even need to be in the tv ui! All ya gotta do is
Login to bmt web ui and go to configurations. There is a phoenix section there and u will see all options which are available through out different screens in the ui.

Ok, first, thanks for giving the info about BMT/Phoenix config. Great to know.

How do I make my cover art show up in grid view of All Movies? In the mean time I'll keep searching the forums for this.

Thx.

Yeah, I found that. As soon as I group by title (example, six rips of Star Wars and maybe a dozen Max & Ruby) I loose all the cover art. Is there a menu item for that?

No I don't think there is. Would need a custom vfs and menu fragment I think. Not 100%. Sure how to do it though without laying with it. Wrems and I were discussing on another thread "vfs examples". Head over there and check out the examples we put. If I get some time tomorrow I'll see if I can get it to work. Bialio or stuckless may be able to just answer that off the top of their heads for ya...

The wall view allows you to group if you wish to, however it will only show posters for individual items. It's really intended for flat views.

btl.
