PCM Audio on TV

I have a MB with SPDIF out. I am using AC3 to run through to receiver only. I am using cinemaster codecs within sage. If I play a dvd through sage I get DD 2.0 If I watch TV I get loud staticy PCM and I have to turn down the wave volume in the sound properties so I don't blow my speakers. If I run a dvd through cinemaster software I get DD 5.1. In SAGE I have cinemaster set to spdif, I have AC3 set to spdif, I have Default selected for Audio Render, I have Sonic Cinemaster @ DS Audio Decoder selected for mpg2 audio decoder filter as well as DVDAudio Decoder Filter.
How do I get rid of the PCM LOUD when watching TV??

I am also using MlbDude skin if that makes any difference
