Problems on 64-bit versions of Windows?

Anyone have Phoenix working on a 64-bit edition of Windows 7? I can't get it to install on my Sage client machine, which is 64 bit, but I can get it to install on my Sage server machine, which is a 32-bit version. Wondering if 64-bit is causing some issue.

I have it running on Windows 7 64 bit Sage PC client. No issues.

Really strange. After it failed the first time, I did a complete uninstall of the client and deleted the leftovers and did a fresh install of 7.1.9 and it failed exactly the same.

"Plugin Client Install Progress: Done - FAILED - Dependency Install phoenix-core-FAILED - Zip Extraction of http://sagephoenix.googlecode.com/fi...ore-2.3.37.zip

Putting the URL into my browser works fine, so it's not a broken link or bad network connection.

But does it have permissions to unzip it where it is trying to do that? The extraction is failing-not the retrieving of the file. You did a fresh install of Win 7. Is UAC enabled or disabled? Does the user ID you are using have administrator's permission to all directories? Disable UAC and reinstall Sage and try it again.

Or simply install in C:\SageTV folder and avoid any UAC issues.

Not sure why there was a UAC issue on this machine and not on my server machine, but installing to a root folder did fix the problem. Now to reconfigure everything yet again...
