Can't find my movies in web interface

I occasionally get the russion or german cover for a movie. I log into the BMT web ui and type the name of movie exactly and it can never find it. It says not >< or =..... What am I doing wrong. I usually have to spend a half hour loading all my movies(621) and then slowly searching till I find it so I can update the covers. Example. I have 3 versions of "A Christmas Carol". I try typing christmas- error. A Christmas Carol error- . Carol- error. I checked the user manuals and it looks like you enter the exact name of the folder and it comes up, but it won't work for me.

Try the lookup with Title = "Movie Titlte"

Include the quotes.

I find it easier to search BMT with a broader approach. Especially since CaSe does matter.

Try a generic approach like this:

Code:
Title contains 'Christmas'

or

Title contains 'Carol'
Just search on one word of the title so you don't have to worry about being SO precise.

Title = "Movie Name"

You have to put the Title =

It is a proper pql query.
