I justed checked and this is not working for me also, I tried to go into the EPG setting and it says cannot find the Sage TV Server
Is there a problem with the server? I am still not getting my listings. I tried to set it up again, says cannot find server

Your issue may be related to your firewall instead of the other EPG server issue, so I moved this to its own topic. Try this FAQ:
