That's just a warning and its fine.

I'm going to need you to go to the SD plugin settings, enable debug logging on everything. Then go try to configure your tuners so it only presents the OTA lineup. Then copy the log files in sdepg/logs dir. Then delete the sdjson.epg file and force an epg update. After its done copy the logs again and send me both sets of logs

Starting to look like a bug on the schedules direct side. Send me your sdjson.epg file. If you don't have one, generate one manually by running sdjson.jar from the command line (instead of -c info use -c grab).

Based on the no data for the OTA lineup in Sage + the errors I'm seeing in the attached log, I'm about 98% certain there's a bug on the Schedules Direct server side when shipping your JSON data across the wire (or a bug in my client when processing the data). Either way, I'm afraid this isn't going to get fixed tonight.

What I need is a generated sdjson.epg file. Even better, go to the SD web site, change your account password and PM or email me your id/pwd. If I'm right, I can fix things 1000x faster if I'm able to reproduce the problem and it seems to be something to do with the configuration of your account causing the problems because I've tested and retested with my account here now and everything is all good for me.

So the sdjson.epg file that I deleted I believe was in a different location than the one I'm seeing after running the -c grab command.

I ran the -c grab ans it generated a 23mb file and this was the output. Buy I will still send you my account to test.

Thanks

I don't know whether this is a client or a server issue but I just forced a lineup download after updating the SDEPG plugin and program languages for Chinese stations are still not correctly identified. For example:

{
"affiliate": "Satellite",
"broadcaster": {
"city": "Beijing",
"country": "China",
"state": "XX",
"zipcode": "80122"
},
"callsign": "CCTV4",
"language": "English",
"name": "CCTV4--China Central TV",
"stationID": c
}

FYI, I've also posted this to the SD Github site just in case it's a server and not a client issue.

Update: Problem fixed

After installing the latest update, the SDEPG plugin downloads the sdjson.epg file but then errors out processing this file:

You use Comcast cable? Or any cable lineup?

Was @JerryB.

@rdefino: I have the fix for your problem built and a single click away from delivering it to the repo, but now I want to know if JerryB is on cable as well. If so, he's got the same issue, if not, I might as well kill two birds with one stone.

Actually, don't like that idea.

@rdefino Your fix is in the repository.

@JerryB, please upgrade to the new version just released. If you're fixed, great! If not, reproduce it using the new version and get me the log files, please. If you are fixed up please just mention that here quickly.

@rdefino You need to delete your existing sdjson.epg file before attempting to configure your tuners.

Yeah, in Sage go to your list of installed plugins and upgrade the Schedules Direct EPG Plugin.

I get this error when running the command:

java -jar sdjson.jar -u [id] -p [password] -c add -he PC:90210

ERROR - Add headend command failed for 'pc:01830' [msg=Add headend returned erro
r! [id=pc:01830; rc=401; msg=Duplicate headend.]]

I started from scratch on this. Restored my system back to a few days ago, so I was still running the mc2xml plugin on that restore.

I use Verizon FIOS.

After updating the plugin, I no longer download the epg file from SD.

Here are the log files.

The headend is already on your account at Schedules Direct. You can just skip that step and continue on.
