yes, you're right and is very weird indeed...maybe because there isn't a dependency in the plugin's manifest, I'll have a look, however if you don't experience problems you're not obliged to upgrade, this was mainly for the Tivusat smartcard.

My fault, sorry, I forgot to confirm the plugin submission link

It should be all right now...

Please don't hold your breath, this plugin is complete and gone into maintenance (bug fix only).

What you could do is to create a local card sharing service using a cccam protocol connection between your existing oscam running on your rpi acting as a server like now and the oscam running on your sagetv box acting like a client.

Basically you need to create a new user entry in your oscam.user (oscam rpi) and a new card setting in the oscam.server (sagetv oscam).

Glück

To mimic your example I would expect your oscam.server as below:

Code:
[reader]
label = UM
protocol = cccam
device = 192.168.1.111, 12000
audisabled = 0
group = 1
caid = 1722, 1835
You probably need to provide a username and password that matches the entry in the oscam.user on your raspberry pi.

Also, yes the channel scan cannot work with the plugin enabled, in fact, the plugin should only be enabled when you have your tuners fully configured (lots of technical reasons for this to explain).

In my point of view a line with
Code:
cccwantemu=1
in oscam.server might be needed when using the mentioned raspberry pi.

Howto OsCAM to OsCAM

HERE you will find all the information to setup an OsCAM to OsCAM connection when you have an existing OsCAM server running (raspberry pi) and the OsCAM running on the SageTV box (client).

Hope this helps

well done it will work

but

i see that the local oscam server will use caid 1855 but the caid on my rpi oscam server is correct 1722.

so the rpi oscam server will not send the correct key and the show is not descrypted

You need to be more specific and tell me which services are you using, if you only need channels that uses the CAID 1722 then change the oscam.server file on your sagetv box to CAID = 1722

what i see is that the CAID:SRVID is (server: 1722:3b02 (FTV) and local: 1835:AAAC (is not exist))

i have a tunnel form 1835 to 1722 so that will work, but the SRVID is not the same or not correct

The CAID (Conditional Access ID) is strictly dependent from your CA provider, the service ID is dependent from you channel and the same channel could broadcast a different service ID depending whether the channel is broadcast from Satellite or Terrestrial or Cable.

How are you using the existing OSCAM (rpi) configuration? Are you trying to mix DVB-S and DVB-C?

This is all down to OSCAM configuration which is beyond the scope of this plugin. The only information I really do care from the oscam.server are the "CAID" and "IDENT" (when required) as this information is used to discriminate which card reader sending the ECM/EMM to, anything else falls into the OSCAM billion options and configuration files.

I suspect your logical -> physical channel association is not set properly, a common mistake when you move from a network encoder to a native tuner approach. Basically in the .FRQ files the "CH:" is the physical channel that SageTV uses to get all the parameters to tune into that channel. When you're adding the channels into SageTV you have to make sure that the logical channel number (the one that shows on the EPG) is correctly mapped to its relevant physical channel in the .FRQ. Typically, in order to void confusion, you would assign to the logical and physical channel the same number.

Alternatively, check your PredefinedDVBC.FRQ file and make sure you were scanning from the right source.

Yes, it should, please make sure your oscam.server file on your SageTV box contains the following entries:

Code:
audisabled = 0
EMMcache = 1,3,2
blockemm-u = 0
blockemm-s = 0
blockemm-g = 0
blockemm-unknown = 1

Now that the filter works and you're happy with it, would you mind to share your OSCAM client-server configuration files for other that might want to do the same?

Thanks
Eddy

Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)

Hi,

just letting you know that in order to succesfully install this plugin you must ensure to have the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Re-distributable Package (x86) installed on your system as well.

The reason of such requirement is because the decryption filter has been compiled with MSVC 2010 and therefore the dynamic libraries it depends on must be installed as well. Unless your server is dedicated to SageTV this is, normally, not something you are aware of because almost sure you have installed other software that requires those re-distributable and therefore they are on you system already.

I have therefore changed the "prerequisite" section in the plugin's announcement thread and added a direct link to the MSVC 2010 re-distributable for you to download and install at your convenience.

Windows 8.1 users, however, might need to manually register the filter by executing the batch file in attachment to the thread as well.

I hope you will find this software useful as much as I did enjoy making it.

Cheers
Eddy

Logs are your friend.

ACTION 1
=======
- Browse the OSCAM webserver user configuration on the SageTV server (http://<sageTV IP address>:3001/userconfig.html)
- One of the column shows the EMM OK/NOK with the relative counters
- Start recording an encrypted channel and check whether the EMM/OK column counter increases. If it does increase that means that the EMM are correctly being received by OSCAM server therefore proceed to ACTION 2, if not then there is the problem to investigate.

ACTION 2
=======
- Browse the OSCAM webserver user configuration on the Raspberry Pi server (http://<rpi IP address>:3001/userconfig.html)
- As per ACTION 1, whilst recording check whether the client EMM/OK column counter increases. If it does increase that means that the client receives the EMM correctly, but for some reason are not sent to the card, if not that means that for some reason the OSCAM server doesn't forward them to the client.

I am pretty sure it is all down to the OSCAM configuration files and its million sometimes obscure options.

Please share you client/server configuration files here by removing any sensitive information you might have in order to allow other users to chip in and help you out.

Eddy
