HDHR Prime Cable Card working

For those of you looking for a way to use your HDHR Prime with Cable Card on Linux, please take a look at https://github.com/jwittkoski/prime_encoder

prime_encoder acts as a network encoder for SageTV which tunes and streams video from an HDHomerun Prime with a Cable Card installed. Note that only channels marked "copy freely" can be viewed/recorded.

Currently it is still considered beta, although it has been working on my system and a few testers' systems for a little while now.

Testing and feedback is appreciated, either here or on github.

Thanks again John for the code, nice solution for those of us trying to stay away from windows.
