EPG with V9

I have been testing the open source out on my linux server. I don't see any epg so I guess that has to do with my lack of a linux key.

Is there a way to manually direct data for epg from a xml file from say schedules direct or mc2xml? Right now the plugins are listed as incompatible.

According to this post you should be able to use a valid server key for any OS to use the EPG.

That appears to be between windows installs.

Seems I will have to hang off a bit until it gets sorted out.

Any key you have, be it windows, linux, etc - can be used on any OS (now). Sage simply sends the key to the EPG server, and the server doesn't care what OS the server is running on. How you enter that key on the system depends on what OS it is, but that is all.
