Pausing when loading a recorded program

Pausing when loading a recorded program

I'm using the .20 maintenance release and I'm getting a pausing whenever I load a recorded program. When I load a recorded program it plays for 3-5 seconds with no sound and then pauses for around 10 seconds. Its did this for .19 also. Is this normal?
