HDHomeRun Prime Windows -- SageTV does not see tuners

So

I installed the HDHomeRun prime software, activated the CableCard, sampled various channels and made sure it worked.

Installed SageTV

When I try to set up the video sources I don't see the HDHomeRun Prime tuners.

I have another Hauppage 2255 Tuner that SageTV does see

It is a clean windows 10 install. I just installed today, and really the only things on it are the HDHomeRun Prime software, drivers for the 2255 Tuner, SageTV, and a VNC server.

Sage does not natively support the Prime. To make it work, you need to install the free OpenDCT network tuner software (you can find it on this Sage forum).

There are 2 or 3 other network tuner add-one that could also be used (SageDCT, Prime NetEncoder, ...), but right now OpenDCT seems to be best supported and thus preferred.

Thanks Tiki!

I took your advice and installed OpenDct. I tried to follow the instructions here:

It looks like I have a java problem now. 64 vs 32 bit. Will work through that and try again.
