Schedules Direct - How Far Out Does it Get?

A while back when I first switched it was going out about 3 weeks (I thought). I just checked today and it is going to June 28th. This seems rather strange and I'm wondering if I'm still on the old guide

I thought for sure I was on the schedules direct lineup. In my Source Details it says, "EPG Lineup: Time Warner....mycity (sdepg)

I'm wondering how far out I should get for my guide with schedules direct. My guide shows almost no data on 6/28 and nothing after.

Is there something i need to check or do to fix this?

Schedules Direct is having a few problems with the company they get their data from. They have a thread on their forum about it: http://forums.schedulesdirect.org/vi...hp?f=18&t=2919

It seems like the problem is fixed now, so they are slowly increasing the days of data back to what it once was. I think they are doing it slowly so they can verify things are working, and to ensure that they aren't putting too large of a load on their provider.

Thank you for your reply. I checked today and the guide now goes out to 7/6/17. I'm quite relieved to know it is working - I LOVE SAGE TV.

As of this afternoon, my guide also goes out to July 6th. This morning it was out to only June 28th, but sometime after lunch and a manual refresh, it was back to 21 days. Good work Robert K. @ SD.

SD updated this morning and I have data out to 7/7. It appears that their problem is fixed.
