Do you maybe have the sage fonts disabled, so it never checks there when loadfonts is called?

(Also, one of these days I need to get around to trying Gemstone2...)

No, it works disabled or not...BUT, I perhaps fixed it in a local (only for me) release in the past and forgot

Either way, thanks for creating an issue as now we will have it fixed in G2.

PS: don't try G2 yet as I have not pushed a good version for a bit and it is really in a tween state right now but I am looking forward to working on it this fall.

In the meantime.. I just made a soft link for "Fonts" to "fonts"

I assume that will make all stuff play nice together!
