Screen capture of overlay playback?
I know I saw a reference to a utility that can also grab the overlay image when doing a screen capture of SageTV, but I haven't ben able to find it so far. Does anyone know of such a utility?

Thanks... I just downloaded that & tried it. I managed to get it to capture the overlay image, but then it ignores the OSD. I guess I was hoping for both, at the resolution the window is using.
 If I want both, perhaps I should stick with Print Screen, using VMR9? - Andy

Use Capture Pro with VMR9 and you should get the image and the OSD. Also take a look at the options-there are many different ways to capture and one of them may grab both the overlay and OSD. I haven't used it for awhile but the Wizard will walk you thru it.

If I'm going to capture VMR9, I might as well use the Print Screen button.
When it captures the overlay, it captures the unresized 720x480 image, so either it or the OSD would have to be resized to match. Oh well -- thanks anyway. I'm justy going to simplify it & leave it at VMR9, since I only need a couple caps anyway. - Andy
