From the SageTV troubleshooting FAQ :
If you are using the SageTVClient on more than one PC and accidentally entered the same license key from another PC you will get an error message - "Unable to connect to the SageTV Server". To enter the correct license key, open your SageTV folder, right-click on the SageTVClient.exe file and create a new shortcut. Then right-click on the shortcut and go to Properties. Then enter in the Target line at the end after the quotes a space and then the word REGISTER. The correct entry will look like this: " C:\Program Files\Frey Technologies\SageTV\SageTVClient.exe" REGISTER. Then you will be prompted to enter the new license key and after your correct license key is accepted, and you can delete the shortcut you just created.

HELP
Hi, i have 2 clients with 2 keys, but i have install the one client new and give the both keys this client (dummy work i know). and now the other client can`t access to the server.
HELP PLEASE

I'm not sure how you can give both keys to the same client , but have you restarted the server while this was going on? It remembers where a key came from & won't accept it from another client until you restart the server.
Edit: maybe I misunderstood part of this: perhaps you meant the same key was given to the new client? Clear the key on one client as mentioned above & restart the server. - Andy
