select live program EPG behavior?
Hello,
As it is, if I select a currently airing program in the EPG, Sage immediately begins playing it, while if I select a later/earlier show in the EPG, I get the program menu screen/details... Is there a way to *always* get the program details menu screen, even when a program is currently airing? I'd prefer this for consistency sake, and I don't mind pressing "Watch Now" while in the extra menu... maybe i'm just missing something? thanks!

Use the "Info" command while the shows are highlighted: ctrl+i or the no-name button on the Hauppauge remote.

Thanks, Opus4. Not exactly what I was hoping for, though. I really wanted to use "select" to get down to the next menu, as I'm looking at *not* including "info" in my remote setup. The reason is primarily one of ergonomics and general usability. The average user will have no idea why select sometimes does what s/he wants and info sometimes does what s/he wants, but neither causes the expected at all times.
I guess there isn't any way to do what I'm looking for, then? thanks a lot!

Yeah, I know it isn't consistent in that regard, but Info is, which is why I made that suggestion. I don't believe Select can be changed without using Studio. I think I would prefer that Select always went to the details screen too.
