A/B Side Channels

I am currently a Snapstream user (don't flame me, I didn't know about SageTV until today). I am very interested in SageTV due to the full support of Hardware based encoding cards. I have not been happy with the video quality of any of software based solutions. Here is my question, I live in an area that still has A and B side cable feeds, I have read in the forums that SageTV has the ability to remap channels, so I could pick another EPG feed that has all the channels and then remap the channels, but will SageTV allow me to map channels to two different input cards, i.e. channel 2 = A side tuner channel 2, and channel 52 = B side tuner channel 2. I hope this is clear. The forums look very friendly here, I look forward to your help. Looks like a great product.

You should have no problems doing this. In fact, you should just be able to setup your system with 2 cards and then select the A and B lineups in Sage for each. Sage should give you the option of each lineup. So you shouldn't even need to do any remapping.
