sage recorder preview error

I randomly get the following error. One or more reboots usually clears the problem. I am using the NVDVD decoder and the elecard decoder is also installed but not selected.

There was a problem utilizing the capture card. Be sure it is installed correctly and no other applications are using it.

Failed running the graph for encoding Errcode=0x8007001F

Any idea what causes this error? I dont have anything else running other than nav, nvidia mixer.

Love the program, but see this error frequently.
