Unable to tune all cable channels

I have set up sage using the wizard to set my pvr350 to use s-video in and selected my cable provider, but it only has 2 selections standard and enchanced cable. I selected enhanced but it is missing more than half of the stations I receive on digital cable. How do I set up to receive info on the additional channels? I was using GB-PVR with a subscription to Snap2It and it found all the channels.

Here's one possibility: go back to Setup -> Setup Wizard & select your source. On Source Details, click on the EPG Lineup: XXX setting. That will take you back to step 7 of the Setup Wizard. This time, look for an entry for your cable provider that includes "Digital" in the name and seee if it provides your extra channel listings. See page 102 of the manual for an example of a cable company being listed twice: once for regular cable & once for digital.

Thanks, that put me onto fix for the problem. I live in a rurral area where the zip isn't the same as what the cable provider listing is set for. I used a zip from another near by area and the "digital" selection came up.
