Need help controlling Dishnetwork receiver via usbuirt (and Sagetv)?

I am using an old dishnet reciever 3750 and tryingt to control it via Sagetv and usbuirt.
I read the thread on the USBUIRT and downloaded the evu-dish zip file. I opened it using Notepad. But where do I put that ir code?? I looked in the Sagetv properties file but wasnt sure where to add the ir code. Dont want to mess it up.

Sorry if I my questions are basic but I am new to all this.

Put the IR files here: "c:\program files\frey technologies\common\remotecodes\USB-UIRT Transceiver"

To make it work with my Dish 301 I also had to change the repeat count in Sage.Properties to 10. Not sure if you have to do this with yours, but if you get it to work and it misses digits can't hurt to change it.

(Look for "irtune_repeat_factor" in sage.properties and change the 2 to a 10.)
