transferring configuration
hi,
I recently reinstalled my OS from scratch, and i don't really want to go through the pain of rescheduling etc and adding my EPG. can i add old config files to a new install of sagetv and have it working, or will i need to do it all over again? thanks, Jeremy

Wiz.bin contains your recordings info & viewing history, while Sage.properties & SageClient.properties contain your configuration data. You can use them again. The properties files can be used in many cases, though you may be better off reconfiguring. If your new OS installation uses a different system name, you should set this property: "make_all_mediafiles_local=true" (w/o the quotes). See this FAQ entry for some info on similar situations, especially the last Q in that post.
