MPEG 4 Encoder Hardware w/Sage TV

I am looking to get a hardware encoder to record in MPEG4 DIVX. I have a PVR-250 and never had a problem. I want to use Sage TV, but I heard that the ConvertX PX-M402U is not that good with conversion and image quality.

Does anyone know of a good hardware encoder that will record in MPEG4 DIVX thru Sage TV?

I tried to look on www.dvdrhelp.com but not much info about Sage TV. They talk about the card, but not if its supported by Sage TV.
