Jerky pans

I've noticed that when watching shows recorded on Sage, that pan shots seem to be jerky in nature, not a nice smooth motion. Is there something I can do to improve this?

thanks,

This is all down to your video decoder.
I have recently started using the FREE Dscaler5 decoder, which is pretty good!
In the past I have been using the nVidia decoder, however that used to drop frames on my system.
