Streaming Audio Recorder

I am looking for a streaming audio recorder to record some of the local AM sports/news stations that broadcast their signals over their web-site as well. Specifically I want to be able to schedule the recordings and record them in the MP3 format so I can play them via SAGE.

It would also be nice if I could record to MP3 from the Line-In jack on my PC, to record other AM shows that might not be offered online.

Any suggestions? PC Magazine did a review last month on a few products, I have narrowed that down to Download Studio 39.95 and Replay Music $49.95.

Has anyone tried these, or do you know of any cheaper/free software that I can use to do the same thing?
