Odd Audio/Video Slowdowns with 2.2.1/VMR9/NVidia

All,

Has anyone else experienced periodic audio/video slowdowns using 2.2.1? I used to have periodic stutters in 2.1 (fixed by adjusting the priority of my MyHD software down), but now with 2.2.1 I get these very strange slowdowns where both the audio and the video seem to go to 1/4 speed, then pick back up again like nothing happen. Audio and video appear to remain in sync the whole time.

It's watchable but very odd.

The system is Sage 2.2.1 running on one machine as a service. DirectX 9.0c is installed, latest ATI Catalyst drivers, Nvidia Decoders from TheaterTek, M-Audio revolution sound card.

I believe it's occuring with either VMR or Overlay and with any codec.
