Configuring Sage from scratch fixed all my issues

I've been restling with Sage on one of my boxes (Other box is fine and I don't experiment much on it) Seems to me that deleting the sage.properties and reconfiguring from scratch can fix alot of issues. As one experiments with STV's and plugins, I notice that artifacts of these experimentations stay in the sage.properties, possibly affecting Sage's performance. Reminds me of the days when programs didn't come with Uninstalls and removing programs was very messy. (not like it still isn't but much better than say 8 years ago)

Now my random video skipping, sluggish UI, Pausing in UI are all gone because I took 20 minutes reconfiguring (mostly spent with my channel setup)
