Whew - Finally Got it
Ok, I installed the latest PVR250 drivers (In my rush to get something up and running I had taken the drivers from the enclosed CD - Doh!). I also went back and reviewed the channel set up. My area has two different configurations for my cable provider. I had chosen the second of the two. In reviewing the channel configuration I noticed that I could only view live TV on 2 - 13. Everything in channels 13 - 99 was static. When I switched to the other source listing for my cable company everything was right as rain.
