Webserver-no cipher suites in common

On one of my home machines I can access the sage web interface with no problems. On my other 98 machine I get "no page found" and see "Reading request: no cipher suites in common" in the web log on the server.

I have SSL enable on the server.

How do I correct this so the 98 machine can see the webpage also? (I have already done a windows update and a java update)

Which web browser/version?
In the advanced options of IE, there are some security related options (Use SSL x.x, use TLS 1.0) - try altering these. There are probably similar options in other browsers.

I don't use SSL myself so cannot help that much...

I note that since I originally copy-pasted the SSL instructions on the wiki, people have kindly updated them (Thanks guys! Thats what a Wiki is for!). One of the changes (on sat jan 8th) is to force the generated key to use the RSA algorithm
Code:
keytool -genkey -keyalg RSA -keypass 123456 -storepass 123456 -validity 900
One of the causes of this error (last item on page) which I found by googling is that the key is not generated using the RSA algorithm... You could try re-generating the key with the above command to force the use of the correct algorithm...

That does not explain why it works on the other system I can only guess that there is something odd with IE on Win98...

I got the same error when trying to access my Sage box from work. I not only have to go through a proxy, but my workstation is running NT. So I'm not sure which one had the issue. Using the "-keyalg RSA" ended up fixing the issue for me.
