Question NV DVD DECODER HELP!!!

I've installed nvidia dvd decoder on my computer. Now I have several questions,
1) How do I adjust the setting?
2) Can i use this dvd decoder on other programs such as windows media player ?
3) How do I know some setting are activated?

Please help. Thanks.

Doubleclick the tray icon when you're using it.

It will work in any Dshow player AFIAK.

Sorry, I didnt see it. I have 6600GT, so i installed the forceware already. with version 67.03
And i tried playing a clip using the nStantMedia, and someone said it will show up...but appearly it didnt.
Can anyone help me?

can ppl suggest the best version of forceware for 6600GT with Purevideo enabled?

set the decoder in SageTV to default
and then make SageTV windowed
then you will see the icon in the sys tray
then right click it and click the decoder properties

Is this decoder recommended if you have a ATI video card?

sure it is... it works with DVXA which most video card support, best thing to do is download the trial and let your eyes decide...

Since the 6600 is rather new I'd suggest giving the latest leaked beta 71.80 available on the 3dguru.com website a try. I've heard it's a good version??
