Order problem, when do I get the registration?
Am I supposed to get an order acknowledgment or registration info via email?
I ordered the Hauppage 150 + remote + Sage TV bundle on Sunday, sent a inquiry to orders@freytechnologies.com on Monday night and it's now Tuesday night and I have yet to get anything back from Frey software. Store just a little backed up lately? Last edited by MaxBurn; 02-08-2005 at 06:29 PM. |

Order confirmation emails should be automatically sent out right away. See Dan's post, which says:
