Xcard Plugin Help needed

I have installed the Xcard together with WinTV-PVR USB and the Xcard plugin but I can not get the OSD to work. The Xcard is working fine with the Xmedia Player but when I turn on Sage I do not have OSD. The Sage window is does not show the TV - it is black and the TV outputs to the TV the Sage OSD is displayed on the VGA only. When I checked the Xcard log file I saw the following line that I can not understand:
<setupXCardOsd>: No OSD board found (ERROR: 80040154/Class not registered )
The following Xcard properties are in the Sage.properties:
