Nope. It's best to run your Xbox directly to the TV.

This might be possible with the Universal Network Encoder program from Anders with a software encoders input.

There is no way to turn of recording in Sage, the only way, it to try an unsupported "software encode" TV card that outputs RAW video directly.

Just curious, are you using a computer monitor so that you can't go directly to the TV?

been awhile but pretty sure they were all projection SDTVs and if they were HDTV/HD monitors
I am pretty sure they were just connected via composite

but anyways the games for Xbox are limited in resolution
most are just 480p I can play all my games at 720p or higher

PC gaming will always have an edge on console gaming

the X800 Pro and 6800 GTs and up are capable of producing graphics similiar to what will be seen with the Xbox 2

called next gen graphics I believe

That doesn the Xbox no justice, anything from Tecmo, PGR, PGR 2, there's just nothing on the PC tha can compare. About the only thing PCs have going for them are FPS and flight sims. I used to think PCs were superior too.

I think you'd find that (assuming you were using the Xbox with a proper HD AV pack and not composit) that the low resolution isn't a limitation.

I beg to differ, the Xbox 2 (or Xbox Next or whatever) is looking like:
R500 Graphics (on gen ahead of the X800)
3 Dual Core, 64-bit Power 5s CPUs. I've hear rumours that they'll run at 2GHz.

PCs will be up to about 3.8Ghz by the time the Xbox 2 comes out and maybe a refresh on the Graphics side, maybe an R450.

And there's just nothing like Xbox Live anywhere else.
