Your Store Double Charged Me - Please Help
Guys,
I submitted an order for your bundled product tonight (Sage 2.1, Haupp 150, and an additional client for $24.95). When I submitted my order I got an error message back that said the authorization process had timed out. At this point I tried to submit again and got the same error. I checked my bank account within 30 minutes and it shows two (!) transactions in the amount of $182.40 so obviously something went through. I am livid about this situation. Please credit my account for one of those tranasactions immediately and e-mail me so I know all is well. I assume what I ordered will be sent to me as well? I got no e-mail from you telling me my Visa had been charged, where to download the software, etc. Please respond so I know what the heck is going on. Thank you, Jeff Sabin Des Moines, Iowa |

This is a user to user forum; no one here will be able to solve this issue. Your best bet is to contact Frey's online store directly at orders@freytechnologies.com.
From what has been said in the past, though, you might want to check that the email from the store hasn't been stopped by any spam blockers. - Andy
