Opinion on Magix A/V software

I picked up a Magix multitrack arranger / sound editor for $5 in the bargain bin at Fry's, and I have to say I'm quite impressed with all the features considering the price I (barely) paid.

I notice that Magix has all kinds of audio & video software available. Anyone have experiences with it? In particular, the video editing / movie making software?
