STV Import: CallerID/Message popup plugin - Page 9

This plugin seems to work for about 30 minutes. Yac is still logging calls but none are popping up. I am using the current sagemce.

I been using this great plugin for a couple of years now and my call log is quite lengthy. I like to check it from my girlfiends's house(remote desktop) but have to scroll and scroll and.........all the way to the bottom to see the latest calls. Is there a way to reconfigure the Notepad file to put new entries at the top of the list??

Greetings.

I installed YAC, and it works great. When a caller calls, It will popup with the Caller ID.

I installed the STV and when someone calls Only the popup from YAC appears. The STV does not show the caller ID in Sage. I can goto Detailed Setup and change the configuration options for the CallerId STV so I think I have it installed correctly.

In Yac, I have installed the listener address and ports 127.0.0.1:10629

Yac server, and Sage are both on same machine.

Any ideas what I am missing? Doing wrong? Is this because I am using beta Sage 6.2.5?

Any help would be preciated.

The Wili link to Nielms Caller Id (the one from the forums, at the bottom of your replies) is busted, and has been for a while. Just wondering if anyone could fix it?

The information is there, just the files are not. And I need the patched version of YAC grin

Does anyone have this working with SageMC 6.3.4? It was working for me until this upgrade.

Just installed this with SageMC (finally) and it's working fine.

Can someone tell me if I can change the way it looks? I am use the new Blue Two Dark Metal theme (excellent BTW) but the popup looks like Sage V2 stock.

I only know that you can change the phone icon. What version of SageMC did you get this working with?

The latest. 6.3.4a. I set it up in the stock STV first, then loaded SageMC.

I'm a bit tired, so I'm sorry if this has been asked before: Is there any way I can get callerid to work with VOIP? The test calls works just fine by the way, just not with calls from cellphone to VOIP-line and vice versa.

[EDIT] It was some settings with my modem. Fixed it with Ascendis Caller ID 2. YAC now works great

Has ANYONE tried this with Skype, or are there any other Caller ID programs that work with Skype in a pop-up type setting?

I have come to the conclusion that this plugin is not reliable when used with a MediaMVP. It works until I power the MVP off and then back on again. To get it to work again, I have to stop and then restart sagetv on the server. I think some coding needs tweaked.

does anyone have this working on sagemc 6.3.5? I try to load it and it basically sorta reverts back to default skin

i've loaded it from the default skin first then load mc, and it works until i close the UI and open it again

Load or Import? Any add-ons for SageMC should be Imported, not loaded.
