I'd email SageTV directly, though I seriously doubt it is possible.

LaurenGlenn's STV has the ability to export/import favorites... but as for viewing history and recordings info, sorry, you are out of luck...
If you don't have too many recordings in one of the STVs, you could use the webservers 'Edit Show Info' function to add EPG data for the recordings you transfer...
