Theatertek Question

Hi Guys

Recently bought Theatertek after reading good reviews here to use with SageTV. I have it installed and have Sage set up to use an external player. When I try to play a ripped DVD, Theatertek opens but then the video plays incredibly slowly (30 secs for a 2 sec bit of film). Theatertek then crashes when I try to close it. It also does this when I try to play a regular DVD through it. Any ideas or help greatly appreciated. Have reverted back to the internal player in the meantime till I get this fixed.

P4 2.8G, 512 Mb Ram, Radeon 9250 with 256 Mb Video Card...

how do you have sage setup to run a external player?

Sounds to me like you should be bringing this question up in the Theatertek forums. They'd likely be much more help since you are having a Theatertek problem.
