sage 2.2 crash on resume -- sometimes

Howdy,

I've just built a new dedicated system (very recent hardware & latest drivers ) from scratch for sage 2.2 ( although I'd like to, NOT using WinTV-350 OSD ). I am NOT running sage as a service. It seems like evey couple of days my system stops "resuming"...when I bring my computer out of S3 hibernate I notice that the OS resumes fine, but sage has crashed ( and thus wake up timers where not set ). I can tell sage has crashed because it's icon is in the system tray, but when I move my mouse over it disappears...

2 Questions:
1) WTF
2) Am I better off running sage as a service? Is the UI ( not the service ) more prone to crash coming out of hibernate?

Thanks!
