Playback weirdness

I recorded a movie and have watched it, everything was fine. If I try to watch it again in SageTV Client, it has no sound and the playback is too fast - the progress time advances 2 or 3 seconds per second. If I try to play it in Winamp, it plays fine and with sound but the image is upside down and reversed. (All recordings are upside down and reversed in Winamp so I suspect it's just a playback setting in Winamp). All other recordings playback fine in SageTV. Thoughts? Thanks
