ATI AIW 128 Rage Pro as Video card

Can I use this video card as the output to my TV? I'm actually using a Hauppauge 250MCE as the tuner, not the aiw.

However, the aiw has a non-standard output connector, for which I will need to buy an adaptor cable such as this:

I acquired the aiw for nothing, thats why I'm considering using it. Does it output the vga signal as with normal tv-outs, or does it output the tuner output only? I'm wondering this because the connector includes audio.

My other option is to get a cheap agp card with tv-out, such as this:
