Image artifacts at top with PVR-150
I have a system built with several PVR-150 cards and when viewing channels 20 and above there is a line of 'noise' at the top of the image (on both monitor and TV). Stretching the image is a way to not see this. But, since it does not happen on the lower channels, I suspect it is related to the tuner cards/drivers, etc.
Does anyone know what this is and how to correct it?
