Loading Preview Message ...
I am getting an message like "Loading Preview, please wait..." that never goes away, while trying to add back one of my tuners in the tuner setup wizard. It only does this when I choose S-Video, if I choose composite, or tuner it works fine - but I wanted to still use S-Video since it will give me the best picture.
I removed the tuner and was trying to add it back since I could not view LiveTV from any channel associated with this tuner (it was setup using S-Video before as well). This used to work fine in 2.2.8. Before I removed the tuner I went back into the configuration wizard and tried the different pre-configured video playback settings to see if any would fix the problem but none did. Any ideas??? |

This is with v3.0.7? What tuner? Have you tried to just continue the setup w/o the preview loading?
Perhaps try making a backup copy of your properties files, delete the originals & see if it will work for a new configuration. If it doesn't work for a supported tuner, file a bug report. - Andy

Yeah, I let it sit since lunchtime and it stopped trying to display video, I went ahead and added it and it is working fine. Didn't know you could add it without waiting for it to display video.
