Getting Girder to send commands to SageTV always

I have tried using the "Set Group Target" feature of girder, but it does not seem to have any effect. So basically if I click on SageTV with the mouse the girder events are sent to SageTV.. however after a while the events stop going to SageTV and I have to go and click it again with the mouse. Any idea how to fix this?

Are you using PostMessage or SendMessage?

I believe that I've had better luck with SendMessage, but had to upgrade to Girder 3.0 to get the necessary version of SendMessage.

I have no idea what that is. It sounds promising though. I am just using Keyboard events in Girder to make things work. Is there some information on these two methods?

You mean sending keystrokes to Sage or using keystrokes to fire off Girder events?

You really want to be using sendmessage to send things to Sage.

See this for setting up girder.
