xmltv troubles in Calgary

I am using the 1.3 sagetv and am trying to get the xmltv pluggin working. The pluggin seems to work as I get a xmltv option in the listings setup. the file that is generated from the xmltv binary seems fine based on the output out the screen I see the channels I would expect to see. However when I go into the guide all the channels are incorrect. I have checked my time zone for moutain wich is -0700 for the xmltv config I beleive this is correct.

I would really appreciate a hand on this as I only have 5 days left of the eval and everything else is working with sage except this.

Thanks
arzakk

Can you explain in greater detail what you mean by "all the channels are incorrect"?

troubles

Oh what I meant was the xmltv output says for instance channel 3 is CFCN wich is correct but when I go into the listing in sage the channel 3 is some other channel that I don't recognise and the show that sage thinks should be playing is obviously not correct. Its almost like its getting the data from some where else. But that does it make sence and there is only one xml file in the sagetv directory. Thus I am a little confused.

Sounds like the versions of your xmltv plugin and the xmltv binaries don't match. You have to make sure that you are using the correct version of the plugin for the xmltv binaries. Current xmltv binaries are 0.5.14 and 0.5.15. Based on the one that you are using, please check the SageTV Service forum and search for the correct plugin. There's a version of the plugin for xmltv 0.5.14 posted by me there and one for xmltv 0.5.15 posted by corykim. Don't have time to post the links right now but so should be easily able to find the plugins by using the search function.
