Backing up Channel list and xmltv asscociations?

Hi,

Sorry if this is an obvious question but I'm new to sage and I've decided I need to reformat my pc and I'm trying to avoid some pain. I use the external tuner plugin to control a sat box and so had to change all the channel details to match up with sat box channel numbers.

Now I want to back up my channel list and numberings so I can reformat, re-install sage and restore those channels and associations without having to re-edit all the channels again. Any ideas what to backup?
