V4 Malore Recording Menu Issue

I've seen an issue where after watching a recorded program and choosing to delete the program at the end, returning to the Recorded Programs Malore-style screen still shows the watched program (screen does refresh correctly). If I scroll around a bit, it fixes itself.

Has anyone seen anything similar?
