Analog and spdif
Is there a way to have spdif audio for DVD only and analog audio for everything else ? Some combination of audio decoders ?
We want to use the rptv speakers for all pvr / TV audio and the Denon surround sound receiver for DVD audio. I would like to use Sage for DVD's as well but have been unable to figure out a way to send digital to the Denon for DVD's while still maintaining analog for everything else. Ken C

You can use two different decoders for DVD and non-DVD. You should be able to set your DVD audio decoder up for S/P DIF passthough for the surround sound and then use a different audio decoder setup for the analog outputs for regular stuff.
