The weekends over, so maybe someone knows the answer. My guess is that after a guide download, it decided that the show was a duplicate or otherwise incorrect, so it was deleted.

You may have to email SageTV to see if they will explain that one. I see that in my old log files, but I don't know what it means.

Malore, can you tell me where the log file is located (or how to turn it on)?

I am having a strange recording issue where Sage4 starts to record a HD show (one hour in lenght) and at some point Sage has a problem where it stops recording the show....and even more aggrevating it deletes the parital recorded .ts file. I want to see if I am getting the same 'wasted job' error.

The logs are saved in the main SageTV folder. sagetv_0.txt is the current log, sagetv_1.txt is the previous log, and so on. Logging was enabled for the SageTV V3 betas, I'm not sure if it was turned off following the V4 release or not. If logging isn't enabled, you might be able to get some help by filling out a support request

Yes, logging is turned off for the release version. So, like malore said, the best bet for tracking something down would be to contact tech suport.
