Angry Does Hauppauge Tech Support Exist?

I've tried a number of times to communicate via email (techsupport@hauppauge.com) (no response) and telephone (you just get put on hold or the phone rings forever. ) at various times over 3 years for different issues, and have yet to actually hear from them at all.

I'd rate them dead last for Tech Support, If any other TV Card company works as well as Hauppauge's with Sage TV; Buy them instead. You might at least be able to get Tech Support when you need it.

Has anyone actually had a conversation with them?

Once I submitted an email support request and I got some response with Hauppauge UK though. It wasn't immediate though.

I spoke with them on Wed of last week.

I was on hold for 7 mins or so then left a message. Someone called me back and discussed my issue with me.
I did learn the PVR250s have a 2 yr warranty.

I contacted them late one night via email and heard back the next day. Conversation continued without delay. They took care of my problem better than I expected. Very happy. Sorry to hear about your situation.

Well! I finally got through to them on the phone (I emailed them a week ago) today, it doesn't look like they have a fix for me though... maye Sage TV will come up with one....
