PVR500 Audio Clipping on 2 Channels

I've submitted this to Tech Support already, they haven't yet come up with an answer, so I figured I see is anyone else has had a similar problem...

TVSERVER:
WinXP Pro, 2 PRV500s and Sage V4 Standard STV. P4, 2.6GHz, 3 HDs (2 SATA) formatted 64k Blocks 800GB total space
3 Clients on various XP Pro boxes, normally only one client ever running.

Two channels: channel 2(CBS) and channel 7(ABC) both have what appears to be audio clipping all the rest of the channels play perfectly fine. It doesn't matter which of the 4 tuners is used, and it doesn't matter if one tuner is recording or all 4 are at the same time. Cable attached to an actual TV (no STB) at the same time has no problem with audio.

Originally had Hauppauge driver version 23258 installed, tried Beta 23297 same problem

What do yo think?
